How to get started. If you are already a current member of Glide, you are all set! To get started you will want to calculate your BMI and body fat and create a goal. We will give you the tools you need. Attend a minimum of 3 classes per week and you will receive emails and in-studio support on nutritional advice and motivation to reach your goal.
Away for the summer but want to participate? Join our Glide on the Go program! For $59 per month you will receive 3 new video classes online per week to keep up with. You will also get all of the nutritional advice and motivational support that you need to keep you on track this summer.
New to Glide? Welcome to our Glide Summer Challenge! If you are looking to get started but not sure how, start with 3 private lessons to get you in the know how. We are running a summer special for $175 for 3 private lessons, reg. $225. From there, join in on our summer challenge by completing the 3 classes per week and follow up with all of the nutritional advice and motivational support.

Join us this June, July, and August, for 3 classes at the studio or online per week and get nutritional support, motivational tips, and a community of support to help you stay on track.
